A comment that and/or:
1. Has gotten the most likes.
2. Contains evidence in it.
For example: a photo, video, statistic, scientific study, or your personal story.
3. Suitable for a scenario tie-in in a particular court session.
For example: there is a comment that got more likes than a second comment - written later. But the second one fits the meaning of the particular court session better. In this case, the second comment can be selected for the series first, and in the following sittings the first one.
4. For the script, either the text of the commentary in full, or a part of it, or only its meaning can be taken. But the author of the commentary is still considered to be the one who wrote it. It is his nickname, along with his avatar, that goes into the series.
